Unless otherwise noted, students must be 18 years and above to participate in adult classes and workshops.

Our Intro to Dance Technique series is an ideal way for the adult dancer to learn the basic of dance technique and terminology. For the individual who is new to movement, we recommend our Intro to Dance Technique class, which is an excellent precursor to any further study in dance. After completing our Intro to Dance Technique, students may choose to explore our other Intro classes giving them an excellent foundation in the basic study of ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Offered each semester, these classes give students the necessary skill sets to attend our drop-in classes in ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop with a greater level of success and accomplishment.
Please note: Material covered is the
same in both session 1 and session 2.
